HMF Restaurant
The Breakers Resort

The HMF Restaurant, named after The Breakers Resort founder Henry Morris Flagler, is located at the luxurious resort in West Palm Beach, Florida. Co-designed with Adam Tihany of Tihany Design, Wine Trend Inc designed, built, and installed the first freestanding wine display composed of three glass and mirror polished stainless-steel walls. This dual-zone, controlled environment is suitable for red and white wines. This design-build accomplishment, with a 3,000-bottle capacity, can revolutionize how designers view restaurant, bar, and lounge areas, allowing glass to be utilized in projects where temperature and condensation control were previously challenging.
