La Cava Restaurant Rosewood Hotel

In partnership with Arabian Construction Company, Rosewood Hotel's La Cava Restaurant in Abu Dhabi offers an elegant wine experience. Features include two wine displays, a champagne display, a private reserve, four cognac displays, three wine tasting tables, cigar humidor displays, and back-of-house storage. The champagne display holds 600+ bottles with triple deep racks and frameless glass French doors. Wine displays accommodate 400 bottles with 20 drawers, 10 adjustable shelves, LED-lit display boxes, and storage boxes. The private reserve holds 1,000 bottles, featuring lockers, custom triple deep metal racking, and LED lighting. Back-of-house storage holds 2,000 bottles with a basic wood racking system.
